Don't take my word for it

Here is what participants say about the Healthy Living Workshop

I recently attended two Healthy Living Workshops led by Sabine Eisaian. Both workshops were so powerful and informative. Since attending, I became more aware of my habits and more intentional about how I nourish both my body and mind. Now I’m so motivated to cook healthy dishes for myself and for my family.

The Healthy Living Workshop is one of the best workshops I’ve ever attended. It’s informative, joyful, and incredibly engaging. The time flows so naturally that I don’t even notice how quickly it passes. I have been to many Sabine's workshops and every single time, I walk away with something new. It’s truly amazing. I can’t wait for the next one.

Sabine’s presence, spiritual connection, and “way” of being is something we all aspire to be.  As a teacher, she handles incredible stress, conflict, and challenge with ease, balance and authenticity. Truly, every hour spent will enhance your personal and professional life in a significant way. She transforms lives…every day.

I want to thank Sabine for putting some zest back into my life.  Prior to having kids I was full of energy.  After I had kids I lost my zest and felt that I had no energy.  After doing Sabine’s 28 day program, my energy came back.  My friends have told me that I am more upbeat and the old fun loving Nora is back.  My sleep has been better and I feel more relaxed in my life.

A grounding,
in-person morning

Practice acceptance as a pathway to emotional balance

Life is full of moments that don't go as planned. Unexpected challenges, difficult emotions, circumstances beyond your control. When you resist these realities, you amplify your suffering. When you accept them, you create space for peace.

Acceptance isn't passive. It's one of the most powerful skills you can develop. And I'll show you exactly how to practice it so you can find emotional balance no matter what life throws at you.

Vagus nerve activation

The vagus nerve is your body's built-in calm switch. When activated through practices like deep breathing, cold exposure, or humming, it signals your nervous system to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest mode, lowering heart rate, reducing cortisol, and restoring a sense of inner calm.

Meet Sabine

i-2sNp5Rw-XL.webp

Sabine has spent years doing one thing most of us were never taught: listening to the body.

Certified in integrative nutrition and deeply versed in natural remedies and ancestral healing practices, she brings both the knowledge and the patience that real, lasting change requires. Her work isn't about quick fixes or rigid protocols — it's about understanding what's actually going on beneath the surface, and addressing it there.

She believes the body is always communicating. Gut issues, skin flare-ups, low energy, brain fog, stubborn weight, disrupted sleep — these aren't random inconveniences or inevitable signs of aging. They're signals. And with the right attention, they're solvable.

What makes Sabine's approach different is how she sees the people she works with. Not as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person — with a unique body, a unique routine, and a unique life. Every session is tailored to your pace and your experience. She identifies what's helping and what's hurting, from diet to daily habits — which foods, supplements, or practices are missing, and which ones need to go. Then she teaches you to recognize those signals yourself, so you're not dependent on anyone telling you what your body needs. You just know.
